RoboShuttle
Improve the efficiency, flexibility and storage capacity of your warehouse. RoboShuttle offers high storage density, Double-deep storage capability and narrow-aisle operation. Fully use the warehouse height and maximize storage capacity thanks to multi-location picking and modular robot design.
The system is highly adaptable to existing racking systems, brings a more economical investment and a fast payback (1–3 years), easy maintenance and high picking efficiency of up to 400 totes per hour per station.
Flexible Tote-to-Person RoboShuttle solution
A next-generation Tote-to-Person solution with high storage density, efficiency, flexibility and cost effectiveness. It combines 5–8 meter high mobile robots storing totes of various sizes with a small picking robot that transports totes to the picking workstation.
Ideal for small-piece picking, intensive storage and retrieval of whole containers or for micro-fulfillment centers. Suitable for footwear and apparel, pharmaceuticals, retail and e-commerce.
Four-way shuttle solution
A solution for intensive storage and retrieval with high throughput. The new generation of storage and retrieval consists of an integrated intelligent system with multiple robot models, maximizing logistics center space utilization and cooperating with picking robots.
It combines a four-way shuttle system with Goods-to-Person for maximum use of the warehouse's 3D space. Warehouse capacity increases up to five times compared to a traditional manual warehouse, labor costs are reduced by 30–50% and manual picking efficiency increases by 50–100%.
Order-to-Person picking
